[ At this point Steve has conversed with a couple of people who have bid on him, so he's not quite as awkward when he approaches Lan Xichen. Dressed in a well-tailored blue suit that's been modified to accommodate his moonblessing traits (along with the wolf tail and claws, he's got ears and fangs to match), Steve strides up to Lan Xichen and nods in polite greeting. ]

I don't think we've met before, but thanks for the bid. [ All right, it's still a little awkward. Steve should be used to people showing interest in him by now, and it's all for the sake of charity, but there may be some color in his cheeks all the same. ] What's your name?

We haven't. [Xichen doesn't offer the greeting he would to a member of his own society given it might not be as acceptable with the strangers here, although he does manage a smile. ]

I haven't met many people in my time here. [Another pause before he answers the question about his name, giving his title, at least for now.] Most people call me Zewu-jun where I come from. [Sect Leader Lan might be too formal, so it seems like the best compromise.]

And you're welcome. We don't really have this sort of thing where I come from so I don't quite know the proper protocols either.
